Miami’s single-family waterfront listings are historically rare, and Casa Vanda, located at 1155 NE 89th Street in the city’s Belmar neighborhood, is exactly the kind of home that reminds you why.

It is a fitting follow-up to the Marea Collection, and another sign that Sunland Group has quickly become one of the more interesting creative forces in Miami’s luxury real estate market.
